Open Data
Raw data is retained and the method is open so that measurements can be reproduced.
Sample frame
The study is built on a sample frame of domains belonging to Türkiye. Domains are marked with sector labels: bank, university, public body, municipality, hospital, e-commerce and media.
Building and expanding the sample frame is ongoing; this page will be updated as the scope becomes clearer.
Retaining raw data
Every scan is a new record; raw data is never deleted or overwritten. This means a measurement can later be re-scored or examined from a different angle.
This is a foundational rule for preserving the scientific validity of the measurement.
Access
The dataset and export tools will be announced here once they are ready to publish.
The aim is to make the raw measurements and the method accessible so that findings can be independently verified.
Method
How the data is collected, which controls are measured and how grades are computed is described in detail on the Methodology page.
Every grade can be traced back to the ruleset version that produced it and the raw data it rests on.
